Quality

Why choose a globalsupply.com product?

Our products are engineered from the ground up to provide first class performance in a tough environment. We stand by our products and will endeavour to provide all assistance required to make our product work for you.

What processes and procedures are in place for Quality Assurance

Although globalsupply.com is not ISO9001/2 certified, we are working to structure our existing processes and procedures into a form which is acceptable for external certification. The timeline to achieve this certification is late 2002. At this time we will be able to demonstrate a clear and strong QA culture suitable for an engineering and manufacturing environment.

Where products have a high degree of inherent risk (such as the SafeRider), these may be individually type approved by an Independent Competent Body (ICB) per the EU machinery directives. This type approval process provides an extra guarantee to you - our clients - that the product is fit for purpose, meets recognised standards and that the product quality is consistant and acceptable.

OEM Equipment

Your product certification, your guarantee of quality, is only as good as the product itself. We strongly recommend that you purchase original parts from globalsupply.com to repair your globalsupply products. Other vendors products have not been tested and subjected to the same type approval, rigorous testing, product development that the selected OEM products have.

OEM equipment may cost a little more, however, your investment in OEM will pay back through product research, ongoing product bulletins, and at the end of the day, if something did go wrong, the confidence in knowing that your product is completely traceable.

Online Certification

Over the life of our products, we expect that you may lose the information we originally provided, such as operations manuals, product certification and training material. globalsupply.com will store this information for the life of the company and provide this information to you electronically free of charge. If you prefer written certification, reprints will be available for a nominal fee.

What if things go wrong?

If things go pear shaped we're open - 24 hours a day. First, look at the online tools for troubleshooting guides. Second, look at our contacts and call our technical services representative. If all else fails, call the MD. We will make available the resources so that you remain operational.
