HNL STEEL NON HEAT TREATED SELF LOCKING

Self-Clinching and self locking HNL Steel nuts, offer robust, load-bearing threading solutions for sheet metal and thin metal assembly applications. Self-clinching nuts are installed by placing them in appropriately sized drilled or punched openings in sheets and upon being pressed into the sheet, it becomes an integral component of the chassis. A serrated clinching ring ensures that the fastener does not rotate post-installation, with the reverse side flush and smooth.

HNL nuts are available in Carbon Steel and Zinc plated, providing load-bearing threads in thin sheets with high resistance to pushout and torque-out.
