These self-locking fasteners are useful for repeat locking torque when fastening to thin metal panels. They have a locking feature that is highly reusable and minimizes the risk of thread damage on the mating screw. Our self-clinching lock nuts, provide excellent locking threads in panels as thin as 0.040" (1mm).

The installation process for our self-clinching locking nuts is simple and efficient. These fasteners become part of the chassis but do not protrude through the reverse side of the sheet, ensuring a clean and streamlined appearance. This design ensures a secure and permanent attachment, as the self-locking fasteners retain their flexing action, allowing for repeated use and effective prevailing locking torque.
