Miniature fasteners offer a design solution for limited space assembly, providing strong reusable threads in thin sheets without taking up much room in the unit. The fasteners are non-locking and are easily installed using a standard insertion press. They have strong knurled collars that guarantee against rotation of the fastener in the sheet. The fasteners also have higher torque-out resistance than self-locking fasteners and high pushout resistance due to the embedded collar in the sheet.

U fasteners are available in Stainless Steel, with round tops.
