Unthreaded flush head clinch pins offer a visually pleasing flush mount, where the head of the fastener is embedded into a panel. Once installed, these self-clinching pins become firmly fixed and can be used in various alignment and positioning applications.

Installation of these unthreaded pins is easy and cost-effective. To install these flush head self-clinching pins, place into appropriately sized holes in the sheets and then press into place using a standard press. The pressing action embeds the pin's head into the sheet, causing the displaced metal to flow smoothly and uniformly. This creates a flush-head assembly that securely locks the pin into the sheet, providing high resistance against torque-out and pushout forces.

FHS Pins are for sheet thicknesses of 0.040" and above, and is recommended for use in both steel and aluminum sheets.
