Our aluminum ACG1 Series provides maximum contact between the PC card and the heat sink. It works with a screw actuated wedge lock which will reliability lock a PC card in place with the minimum of force on the card. We offer standard lengths and finishes. Design variations are available on request. Our wedge locks are capable of expanding .275 (7.37mm). They may be mounted with screws, adhesives or rivets. The wedges are aluminum alloy. The hex socket head screw .09 (2.4mm) is stainless steel. A standard hex socket head screw, is designated by and "E" at the end of the part number, while a metric is designated by an "M."
